Narrative:
Ukrainian Armed Forces conducted an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) attack against the Port of Crimea, Russian-occupied Crimea, Ukraine. An air raid alert was issued for the Kerch Peninsula at 22:16 UTC on 03 July. Subsequent NASA FIRMS data showed a blaze alight in proximity to the Kerch ferry terminal within the port at 01:01 UTC on 04 July. At the time of writing, no casualties, pollution, or damage to merchant vessels had been reported.

ADVICE: Vessels conducting port calls in the Black Sea or Sea of Azov are advised to conduct comprehensive dynamic voyage threat assessments. The crew is advised to remain within the designated Safe Muster Point (SMP) during UAV attacks on infrastructure. The SMP should be located above the waterline, amidships, and low down in the superstructure.
