Narrative:
The Ukrainian Armed Forces conducted an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) attack on the Port of Ust-Luga, Russia. Reports of explosions within the port area were first reported at approximately 21:26 UTC. Ambrey is aware that the port was previously targeted and damaged by Ukrainian UAVs on 25 March, and that a large fire had since been ablaze at the port. At the time of writing, no damage to merchant vessels had been reported. Ambrey assessed the situation as ongoing and will provide updates when available.

ADVICE: Vessels conducting Russian port calls are advised to conduct comprehensive dynamic voyage threat assessments. The crew is advised to remain within the designated Safe Muster Point (SMP) during UAV attacks on infrastructure. The SMP should be located above the waterline, amidships, and low-down in the superstructure.
