Russian forces conducted an airstrike on the coastal areas of Korabel District, Kherson, Ukraine. Ambrey observed video of the strikes showing multiple munitions impacting the water. Ambrey observed via satellite imagery multiple merchant vessels moored within the dock facilities. Ambrey is aware that a number of vessels have remained stranded at the port since its closure on 2 May 2022, following Russia’s renewed invasion of Ukraine. Ambrey is also aware that some stranded vessels along the Dnipro River have retained skeleton crews.
ADVICE: The crew is advised to remain within the designated Safe Muster Point (SMP) during missile attacks on infrastructure. The SMP should be located above the waterline, amidships, and low-down in the superstructure.
