6. Georgia Ports Authority moves 450,700 TEUs in September. In its second busiest September on record, the Georgia Ports Authority handled 450,700 twenty-foot equivalent container units last month, an increase of 12 percent or approximately 48,000 TEUs, compared to the same month last year.
