Narrative:
Ukrainian Armed Forces conducted an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) attack on the Port of Vysotsk, Russia. An air raid alert was issued for the Leningrad Oblast at 01:02 UTC, which remained in place at the time of the attack. The Governor of Leningrad Oblast later stated that approximately 77 UAVs had been intercepted by the Russian Armed Forces in the Leningrad Region. Subsequently, debris from intercepted UAVs fell in the vicinity of the Port of Vysotsk. Ambrey observed several vessels in the vicinity of the port. Ambrey is aware that the Russian Armed Forces have previously responded to Ukrainian strikes on port infrastructure within 48 hours. At the time of writing, no damage to merchant vessels had been reported. However, the Governor of Leningrad Oblast reported that Russian forces continued to repel the attacks.

ADVICE: Vessels conducting Russian Baltic Sea port calls are advised to conduct comprehensive dynamic voyage threat assessments. The crew is advised to remain within the designated Safe Muster Point (SMP) during unmanned aerial vehicle/missile attacks on infrastructure. The SMP should be located above the waterline, amidships, and low down in the superstructure.
