Narrative:
The Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted an unmanned aerial vehicle attack on the maritime oil depot in Feodosia, Crimea, Russian-occupied Ukraine. Ambrey observed satellite imagery showing thermal anomalies in the oil depot facility from 01:22 UTC on 1 July. Three impacts were reported in the area of the maritime oil depot, while air defence radar systems and a large electrical substation were also targeted. At the time of writing, no damage to merchant vessels had been reported.

ADVICE: Vessels conducting Black Sea port calls are advised to conduct comprehensive dynamic voyage threat assessments. The crew is advised to remain within the designated Safe Muster Point (SMP) during UAV attacks on infrastructure. The SMP should be located above the waterline, amidships, and low down in the superstructure.
