Ukrainian forces conducted an unmanned aerial vehicle attack on the port of Tuapse, Krasnodar Krai, Russia. Ambrey observed post-strike imagery which showed a fire on an offshore loading berth on Pier 1 of the Rosneft oil terminal with one vessel berthed. Video footage of the strike showed the deployment of short-range air defence systems engaging aerial targets over the port area. Ambrey assessed the situation as ongoing and will provide updates as new information becomes available.
ADVICE: Vessels conducting Black Sea port calls are advised to conduct comprehensive dynamic voyage threat assessments. The crew is advised to remain within the designated Safe Muster Point (SMP) during UAV attacks on infrastructure. The SMP should be located above the waterline, amidships, and low-down in the superstructure.
